As a Product Designer, you will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and product owners to improve products and processes. You will own the end-to-end user experience design and advocate for a high-quality, tested, and accessible product.
Responsibilities
- Use expert knowledge of design and user research to find ways to improve Q2βs product and processes.
- Own the end-to-end user experience design, including wire framing, feature ripening, designing mockups, usability testing & user research, and advocating for a high-quality, tested and accessible product.
- Collaborate with other members of the product organization and present strategy, goals and roadmap for design.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field to Design and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with accessibility, complex enterprise workflows, design systems, and designing for desktop applications.
- Strong foundation in prototyping, wireframing, presenting your work and collaboration.
- Strong foundation in usability best practices and user research.
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- A portfolio of work that shows you were directly responsible for the success of high impact projects and initiatives that benefited end-users.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
