The Senior UX Designer will improve SAP user workflows across key enterprise processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user experiences. The role involves designing intuitive user interfaces and advocating for great UX across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Empathize with users by understanding workflows and pain points
- Design intuitive SAP S4/Hana UI using SAP Fiori, Lo-Fi mockups, and design systems
- Test and iterate using tools like Build Me and Figma
- Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Service Design to ensure alignment
- Advocate for consistency and great UX across the platform
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise SaaS/ERP systems (SAP/Fiori, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong product thinking with awareness of downstream impact
- UXR expertise and user-testing capabilities
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving solutions independently
- Ability to communicate and present designs clearly at all stages
- 7+ years in UX/Product Design with cross-functional experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution
- Skilled in Figma, Miro, and rapid prototyping tools
- Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
- Balance creativity with structure
- Love solving complex problems with clear, scalable design
- Collaborative, optimistic thought partner
