UX Designer II (Exton, PA)

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design user-centric experiences and transform complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will also manage reusable components within a Design System and support usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research to identify UI pain points and uncover user needs
- Working directly with domain experts to understand complex systems
- Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Developing and managing reusable components within an enterprise-level Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Analyzing and documenting UI patterns and design standards
- Leading or participating in design critiques and UX review sessions
- Supporting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (PDF or website)
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
- Experience using component-based design and design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Skills
- Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to solve tough UX challenges
