Responsibilities
- Champion a human-centered design approach
- Design seamless, intuitive user flows
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams
- Convey design ideas and decisions clearly and confidently
- Embrace feedback and balance efficiency with creative exploration
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital interaction design, crafting consumer-focused mobile or web apps
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Expertise in design tools like Sketch or Figma
- Strong communication skills
- Experience designing for health or AI platforms is a plus
