Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes while collaborating with various teams throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for generating ideas, creating designs, and supporting research artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Create impactful research artifacts to support/ challenge ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels
- Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff
- Love of design systems and processes
- Self-start projects rooted in research or design thinking
- Support and build out processes with design leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of user-experience design required
- Beautiful design portfolio containing real-world projects
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Comfortable in Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Ability to present work with confidence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Must be based in NYC
