Sr. UX Designer - Payments

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the UX strategy and design execution for payment systems within PracticeTek products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences that enhance payment collection and management for healthcare practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to help own the strategy and UX roadmap for Payments capabilities, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Design end-to-end user experiences and workflows that align with product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define requirements and create elegant solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure design consistency, usability and accessibility across Practicetek products through maintaining and contributing to a shared design system.
- Own creating and managing design system components for payments.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points to continuously optimize UX experiences for payments and maintain a UX roadmap backlog.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design across the organization.
- Define and track design related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success to inform future design decisions.
- Access business and user risks associated across UX initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the payments, healthcare and AI space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience in a SaaS or software product environment working across web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency with design, prototyping and design system management in Figma.
- Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to product and leadership.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for great design.
- Strong visual design skills to not only make products functional and user friendly but also visually appealing and delightful.
