Lead the user experience design for high-impact projects within the Trust portfolio, from concept to launch. Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the user experience design for high-impact projects within the Trust portfolio, from concept to launch, and act as a key player in strategic planning to influence the product roadmap
- Define and articulate a clear idea for the user experience, creating powerful narratives, visual stories, and a wide range of design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes) to communicate design strategies
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders across the Trust portfolio to identify user needs, define product requirements, and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals
- Plan and facilitate design sprints and workshops to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and align cross-functional teams
- Mentor other designers and contribute to the team's culture of design excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience planning and leading design processes such as design sprints and workshops
- Experience developing and executing design strategy for products
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume
Key Skills
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a design agency or a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing product strategy on ambiguous projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver compelling presentations that articulate a design idea
