ERCS Data & Tech - UX Designer - Senior Associate

Lead the design and development of user-centered experiences for products while working with cross-functional teams to understand user needs. Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions while mentoring junior team members and building client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
• Possess experience in UX design

Key Skills

• Master's Degree preferred
• Conducting user research activities
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
• Designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Figma
• Documenting design decisions and guidelines
• UI development skills/experience (e.g., Power Apps, Streamlit)
• Familiarity with consuming APIs and integrating dynamic content into UIs
• Developing information architecture and user flows
• Planning and conducting usability testing sessions
• Providing regular updates to the Product Manager
• Possessing a background in risk management, SOX compliance, or internal controls
• Having familiarity with enterprise data models, audit workflows, or finance & accounting systems
• Experience supporting or working with audit, risk, or compliance functions
