A UX Researcher to discover and solve problems in financial services for Toss, Tossbank, and Tosplace, focusing on user needs and service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Discover and solve problems in financial services
- Propose solutions for financial service improvements
- Conduct user research (UT, In-depth Interview, FGI, Surveys)
- Collaborate with product teams
- Suggest product direction based on user insights
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance
Requirements
- Experience in UX research
- Ability to work with various user types (e.g., tinze, senior, visually impaired)
- Understanding of financial services
- Agile methodologies
