The UX Product Designer will craft user experiences across the Ads Manager platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine user interactions. They will take ownership of their designs and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing innovative design approaches and crafting scalable designs that are assessed with thorough research and analysis of product data.
  • Collaboratively gather requirements to own user-centered experience flows, fostering the cross-pollination of ideas across product teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify the problems, business objectives, and user outcomes that your designs will effectively address.
  • Utilize critical user journeys to effectively guide and frame your design approaches.
  • Partner with User Researchers to identify and implement the optimal research methodology for evaluating your designs.
  • Take ownership of your designs and communicate effectively by articulating your design decisions to colleagues from various disciplines.
  • Participate in regular design critiques with your peers to actively give and receive feedback, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to effectively communicate designs, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive evaluation process.

Requirements

  • Expertise and relevant industry experience, especially in B2B software products or handling complex B2C workflows.
  • Strong background as a Product Designer with hands-on experience contributing to multiple successfully launched products.
  • Ability to excel in ambiguous environments and embrace rapid design iteration.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for innovation and balance creative vision with strategic and business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, UX writers, and UX Researchers.
  • Unwavering empathy for the user, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs, motivations, and aspirations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • 3+ years’ experience and the ability to work independently with the Product and UX teams.
