Lead design and user experience for significant parts of Ramp's core product, focusing on building a unified sales platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and drive better outcomes across the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and user experience for internal products
- Transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives
- Break down ambiguous problems and prioritize work
- Advocate for users by iterating on core products
- Collaborate with design team to evolve product vision
- Participate in team rituals
- Mentor the next generation of product designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
- End-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design experience
- Experience working with developers and PMs
- Extraordinary visual design skills and strong UX principles understanding
- Experience with low and high-fidelity prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
