Drive the end-to-end product design process, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and customers. Design intuitive tools for technical users while maintaining a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process: prototyping, internal reviews, usability testing, writing PRDs, and implementation.
- Work directly with engineers to solve problems and ship high-quality, user-friendly features.
- Contribute to and maintain our lightweight design system.
- Work directly with customers to validate your work and solve real problems.
- Help shape product direction and strategy across the team.
Requirements
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail and care for UI quality and craft.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing to ship product.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects end-to-end.
- Contribute to the frontend codebase to polish UI and interactions.
