Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly experiences for mobile apps and web dashboards
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate user needs into design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Run usability tests and gather feedback from diverse users
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Simplify complex data and workflows into clear visuals
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
- Review engineering PRs and implementations to ensure designs are built accurately
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on web or mobile applications
- Expertise in Figma
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other team members
- Comfort with user research and usability testing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
