Sr. Product Designer, Growth & AI

Lead the design vision for Zapier's Logged-in Home and define the user journey for AI discovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes and tackle complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design vision for Zapier's Logged-in Home, crafting a personalized and dynamic space that meets the needs of both new and returning users
• Define and evolve the user journey for AI discovery, building intuitive, intelligent experiences that help customers explore Zapier’s AI-powered capabilities
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to set strategy and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas while maintaining a high standard for design craft, usability, and performance
• Show up with urgency, curiosity, and ownership to tackle complex, undefined problems that drive meaningful growth
• Contribute to design systems, rituals, and best practices across the Growth Zone and broader Zapier design org to raise the bar for design excellence

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including leading initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Portfolio that highlights polished UI, strong UX thinking, and clear, measurable impact on both user behavior and business goals
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools to enhance creativity and expand design possibilities
• Comfortably move between the details of a single interaction and the broader product architecture
• Enjoy taking creative risks, pushing boundaries, and crafting compelling narratives that bring bold ideas to life and rally teams around them
• Operate with autonomy in ambiguous spaces—driven to uncover problems, test possibilities, and deliver value without waiting for permission
• Combine product data, user research, and your own design instincts to inform decisions and unlock new opportunities
• Move quickly while still accounting for edge cases, UX nuance, and interaction quality early in the design process
• Thrive in cross-functional teams, co-creating outcomes, shaping team rituals, and improving the product and culture together
