Product Designer
Snow Partners Llc β’ United States of America πΊπΈ
Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that enhance the overall quality of the web-based infrastructure. Collaborate with various teams to ensure a product that is visually appealing and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points while aligning to product strategies
- Create and maintain design systems and templates for consistency across products
- Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize UI/UX flows
- Organize content and structure interfaces for optimal usability
- Understand project needs and platform vision
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the user interface and experience
- Design visual elements including layout, topography, color palettes, and imagery
- Translate user feedback and testing results into iterative improvements
- Focus on the overall user experience to ensure the product is intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable
- Implement the designs using coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and/or users to ensure shared understanding of design goals and user needs
- Conduct interface testing and usability reviews to identify friction points and recommend design improvements
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand technical and business requirements
- Other duties as assigned and needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in UI/UX design (preferably for web-based applications)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, visual design skills, and UX thinking
- Proficient with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Proficient with Front-End development In HTML/CSS/JS using MS Visual Studio
- Attention to detail and expert eye for typography and visual hierarchy
- Comfort and experience working in a dynamic, startup-like environment
- Competency in using various hardware/software platforms
- Ability to not only design but understand the development behind it
- A plus, to have experience in the area of e-commerce
- Ability to travel to clients and SNOW Partner locations
Key Skills
