The Lead Product Designer will drive the design vision and user experience of the telehealth platform, taking ownership of key product initiatives. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process and mentoring designers while advocating for design excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own and lead design initiatives across multiple product areas.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct or oversee qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience Design: Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design Systems & IA: Maintain and evolve the design system and information architecture.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Coach junior and mid-level designers.
- Advocate for the User: Ensure user needs and accessibility considerations remain central.
- Feedback Loops: Establish strong feedback mechanisms to continuously iterate and improve the product experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with at least 1β2 years in a lead or principal-level role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record designing B2C products that drive user engagement and business impact.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
