Responsibilities
- Design AI-Native Experiences: Own the end-to-end user experience for GRC AI agents.
- Create and Prototype Solutions: Translate complex product requirements into elegant solutions.
- Lead through Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering.
- Champion the User: Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis.
- Representative Projects: Design user interfaces, lead user research, prototype workflows, and establish design systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience (UX/UI) creating complex, data-rich applications for B2B SaaS.
- A strong interest in the security, risk, and compliance domain.
- A genuine passion for AI and a desire to design new interaction patterns for an AI-native world.
- Exceptional communication skills, both visual and written.
- Founder's mentality, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
