Design and communicate user flows and specifications for stakeholders and engineers. Lead projects from concept to launch while ensuring high execution standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and effectively communicate compelling user flows and specifications for stakeholders and engineers
  • Lead projects from concept to a successful launch, ensuring a high bar of execution
  • Interface directly with customers to collect feedback on new and existing functionality
  • Advocate for the user by partnering with product and engineering on product definition and roadmap
  • Explore leveraging AI to synthesize the complex and diverse world of permitting requirements at scale
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system and product design lifecycle at Pulley

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing software products; experience designing for enterprise or B2B products or services preferred
  • Expert with Figma designs and prototypes
  • Portfolio demonstrates product and visual design experience with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience contributing to and evangelizing a visual language for highly polished product experiences
  • Successfully shipped web based products and features collaborating closely with engineering
