Lead end-to-end design processes and partner with engineers to deliver user experiences. Conduct user research and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes: user research, UX flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with engineers to rapidly ship delightful experiences that balance user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions
- Contribute to our design system and establish scalable patterns
- Use data and customer insights to influence product strategy
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping web products at scale
- Experience contributing to and designing from a well-defined Design System
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from discovery to launch
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proactive with outstanding prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
