Senior Product Designer, Admin & Trust

The Senior Product Designer will focus on projects to help customers administer Slack, particularly for large enterprise customers. This includes ensuring consistent and accessible design work and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on projects to help our customers administer Slack across all plans with a focus on scaling up to large enterprise customers
• Ensuring the Slack’s design organization is delivering consistent, cohesive, and accessible work
• Ideation and prototyping to improve the lives of administrators and scaling
• Reviewing, auditing, and critiquing your peers design work
• Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team
• Working in the open, comfortably sharing your contributions to solicit feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an individual contributor role on a Product Design team with a focus on building experiences for enterprise SaaS tools and dashboards
• Designed intuitive user experiences that translated complex configurations into simple, guided workflows
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing excellent application of product ideation, user-centered experiences, and visual design execution
• Demonstration of experience and knowledge of building usable, accessible, and scalable design solutions
• Examples of varying approaches of rapidly prototyping concepts individually or in collaboration with engineers
• Well-displayed understanding of dependencies between design, client, and backend technologies and standards
• Experience leveraging and maintaining design systems used in parallel by designers and engineers
• Collaborating and coordinating across multiple teams and their respective cross-functional partners
