Principal AI Product Designer - Evisort AI

You will own and lead design and research on product initiatives in Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, and document intelligence. Responsibilities include shipping world-class features, conducting user research, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers
- Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles
- Serve as the designer on product initiatives
- Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs
- Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback
- Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives
- Participate in and lead design sprints
- Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up
- Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs
- Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements
- Develop relationships with your stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a UX Designer (Principal AI Product Designer)
- 8+ years experience as a UX Designer (Senior AI Product Designer)
- Prior experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality
- Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies
