Responsibilities

  • Own: The end-to-end UX/UI of Sellfire's most critical workflows by translating user insight and platform goals into elegant, functional designs.
  • Assist: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope features, prototype solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Teach: Bring expertise in UX principles, interaction design, and data visualization to the table. Educate the broader team on best practices where needed.
  • Learn: Become deeply familiar with our diverse user baseβ€”understanding their needs, goals, and pain points. Grow into broader product strategy and leadership over time.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product design experience (preferably in SaaS or web applications)
  • Prior work with complex systems or data-heavy platforms
  • Familiarity with Figma (Including prototypes) and modern product design workflows

Key Skills

  • Ability to design low-friction, high-impact user flows
  • Strong UX instincts, with a focus on speed-to-value and user clarity
  • Competency in visualizing complex data in simple, elegant interfaces
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
