Hybrid $120,000 - $160,000 Full-time Senior

Design and iterate on core product features and interactions from initial concepts to high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with engineers and engage in user feedback loops to validate designs and support product evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on core product features and (micro)interactions from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Engage in user feedback loops to validate designs and adjust based on real-world use.
  • Support the evolution of our product to a robust, enterprise-scale platform.
  • Work closely with the Senior Product Designer, Product Managers, and the broader team to help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Deep experience designing for complex real-world workflows, especially those involving physical coordination, compliance, or document-heavy processes.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and iterating fast with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong systems thinking to create reusable, scalable patterns.
  • Hands-on experience implementing designs with HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
  • Experience shaping and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of enterprise product design and user needs.
  • 8+ years of product experience in the Product Design field.
  • A diploma or degree in design or related discipline (OR proven history of experience).
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Passion about the design process, from developing strong conceptual foundations to refining the smallest of details with quality.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous work in design thinking, process, UX, UI, and visual design skills.
  • Comfort being the primary designer on product design projects from end to end.
  • Experience shipping software that solves real user’s problems and achieves measurable business outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma within design systems, interaction, and delivery.
  • Well-versed on patterns for responsive web, iOS, and Android, and native design patterns.
