Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product, strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of the Financial Services Organization.
• Drive product experiences that exemplify beautiful design, catalyze user and enterprise productivity, create extensible systems and frameworks, and inspire customers.
• Partner and collaborate with key banking and insurance customers from around the world to deliver "what’s next" in banking and insurance.
• Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as an industry influencer and thought leader, advancing the industry through contributions to trade events and publications.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
