Sr. Product Designer, Retail App Design

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will shape the user experience across apps used by Apple Store team members, creating innovative solutions that drive growth and adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is realized in development.

Responsibilities

• Create designs, help set & uphold design standards, and patterns across various digital experiences and platforms
• Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through storytelling, visuals, and presentations
• Distill complexity to create simple and innovative design solutions that can be adopted in Apple Retail Stores and contact centers globally
• Conduct and consult on user research – analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform design solutions and future strategies

Requirements

• At least 7 years related design experience in product design (iOS, iPad & macOS)
• Submit a portfolio of concepts and design solutions focusing on iOS, iPad & macOS platforms
• High proficiency in design and prototyping tools
• Experience designing apps at every stage of the process
• Experience conducting or consulting on user research and usability testing
