Senior Product Designer II, Agent Studio

Lead and scope UX opportunities while identifying friction points in the builder experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a polished and intuitive user experience across the Agent Studio platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scope UX opportunities through user research, usage data, and internal partner feedback.
- Design with technical depth, understanding technical workflows end-to-end and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with PMs, frontend engineers, and other designers.
- Stay ahead of the curve by bringing an informed point of view on trends in developer tools and intelligent assistants.
- Own delivery and quality, managing timelines and ensuring high visual and interaction design quality.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex platforms like workflow builders, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong systems thinking—architect interactions and flows that scale across many use cases.
- Experience collaborating with AI / Gen AI / system design engineering teams to shape shared components and data models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills—keep teammates informed, aligned, and on track.
Key Skills
- Ability to reason about technical systems and data flows
- Experience mentoring designers and leading multi-surface projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Established or maintained Design Systems
- Experience in developer tools, automation platforms, or conversational AI
