Sr. Product Designer

Responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces. Conducts user research and iterates designs based on feedback and testing.

Responsibilities

• Focus on observations, research and analytics
• Translate high-level ideas into tangible, user-centered requirements
• Coordinate with the rest of the product design team and product managers
• Develop workflows, wireframes, visual designs, specifications and interactive prototypes
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and the wider business
• Collaborate with the rest of the product team to discover, define, and prioritize design work
• Share knowledge in design review sessions
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of design principles
• Passion for creating impactful user experiences
• Knowledge of business and functional priorities
• Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule
