Own end-to-end product design at Mandolin, shaping the design system, branding, and user experience. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and customers to create intuitive solutions that drive real-world impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design at Mandolin, shaping our design system, branding, user experience and more
- Lead product discovery — conduct user interviews, validate ideas with customers, define key problems to solve, and prototype rapidly
- Create a design and review process with Engineering from ideation to delivery
- Establish and evolve our design system across both web and internal tools
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize our product roadmap and shape strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as the lead designer
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
