Senior Product Designer - B2B

Lead design efforts for B2B initiatives, including designing new business products and customer portals. Collaborate with various teams to create scalable design solutions and deliver high-quality design assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design thinking workshops to gather insights, identify opportunities, and align stakeholders
• Partner with the Product Design Manager and VP of Product Design to define and execute design strategy
• Collaborate with UX Research to understand user needs, validate hypotheses, and refine solutions
• Work with the Design Systems Lead to develop and maintain a scalable component library using atomic design principles
• Co-author user experience requirements and actively participate in requirements gathering, story grooming, and program increment planning
• Champion data-driven design, best practices, and productivity-enhancing methods
• Develop and maintain a modular information architecture that supports intuitive workflows and feature organization
• Deliver high-quality design assets for all B2B products and initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, data visualizations, and workflow design
• Proficient in Figma and/or Sketch, with 5+ years of experience using design systems and component libraries
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization and dashboard design
• Background in SaaS or enterprise product design is highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience using JIRA for task and deliverable tracking
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and iconography
• Skilled in both mobile and desktop interaction design patterns
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
