Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, validate, and launch product ideas. You will own the end-to-end design process and help drive the product roadmap with customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously validate ideas and solutions by talking to customers
• Build simple, intuitive product experiences that solve deep customer pains
• Help drive the product roadmap with customer insights and a cohesive strategy
• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering partners from concept through completion and future iterations
• Own the end-to-end design (interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity work, etc.) across multiple features and projects
• Build a cohesive visual language across our products
• Work with the engineering team to implement the design, adjusting scope as needed to ship on time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer-facing mobile-first product design
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of both UX and UI design skills with a proven impact on business metrics
• Humble, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to your career
• Scrappiness, a growth mindset, high-velocity output, and bias for action
• Passion for connecting people and facilitating meaningful relationships through products
• Demonstrated use of user research and data in your product design portfolio
