Own the end-to-end design of features, ensuring cohesive and engaging user experiences. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap and prioritize user needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of features, from ideation to production, ensuring cohesive and engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap, assess technical feasibility, and prioritize user needs
- Create deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs while incorporating team feedback
- Conduct user research, test hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable design updates
- Advocate for a holistic user experience, keeping the entire user journey in focus
- Contribute to and maintain a design system for consistency and efficiency across products
- Participate in team critiques and support a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Explore and implement new design tools and processes, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related roles, with a portfolio demonstrating design process and impact
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ship successful product experiences
- Experience designing elegant solutions to complex technical problems while aligning with user needs and business goals
- Strong systems thinking skills, capable of mapping flows, information architecture, and user journeys
- Exceptional visual design sensibility and storytelling ability
- Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping
- Self-directed, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach
Key Skills
