Product Designer, Growth

Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find practical design solutions. Develop product strategies based on user feedback to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Partnering closely with engineering, product, and care teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
• Listening to users, both customers and agents, to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers and make our agents jobs easier
• Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
• Proactively define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver the results (especially when outcomes are unclear)
• Navigate the complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes
