Product Designers create intuitive experiences that help users connect with the product. They conduct research and design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve our users' problems
- Design elegant, simple user interfaces
- Build user-centric prototypes
- Conduct user research and split testing on new design features
- Collect stakeholder and cross-functional team feedback to create and execute new solutions for the product
- Write detailed UI/UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers and articulate rationale behind your concepts and designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction field
- Experience working with a consumer-facing product
- Experience with tools like Figma or Sketch
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills
- Hands-on experience conducting usability research and applying findings to improve product experiences
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making with research-backed insights
