NEXTON is hiring a UX Designer for a permanent contract in Bordeaux to enhance user experience and support client development.
Responsibilities
- Intervening in all key steps of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- User-centric reflection and integration of business project challenges
- Defining project needs and objectives
- Conducting research to understand and better know users, including ergonomic audits, focus groups, and user expectation analysis
- Setting up a benchmark for competitive analysis
- Engaging project stakeholders with ideation and co-design workshops, creating solution hypotheses and user journeys
- Prototyping, defining information architecture, creating zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Following user tests (qualitative/quantitative), defining objectives and protocols, and proposing interface improvements
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Passion for observing market evolution, design trends, and technological novelties
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure
- Knowledge of UX methodologies and principles of ergonomics
- Ability to communicate and work in agile mode with different teams and services
