As a UX Designer, you will creatively solve problems and advocate for the user in development projects. You will lead the project towards a user-centric approach and be involved in various design tasks.
Responsibilities
- User research and usability testing
- Formulate user goals
- Concept design
- Detailed UI design
- Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops
- Continuous development and enhancement of our Design System and way of working
- Design system ownership tasks such as facilitate meetings and workshops, support developers and designers
Requirements
- Extensive experience in both UX and UI design for digital services
- Passion for understanding humans
- Team player
- Agile mindset (test-learn-modify)
- High level of self-leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- English is required; Swedish is a bonus
