Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to extract product vision, user needs, and business objectives. Translate early insights into concrete UX deliverables and advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to extract product vision, user needs, and business objectives
- Translate early insights and strategic discussions into concrete UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Define and own the UX strategy for new client products, ensuring alignment between business goals, user expectations, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to co-create product requirements in an agile and iterative way
- Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders and team members
- Support the development team with clear handoff documentation and interaction specs
- Conduct rapid validation through user feedback, usability testing, or internal reviews to iterate on designs quickly
- Advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for web and/or mobile platforms
- Proven experience in leading UX strategy and defining user flows for early-stage or zero-to-one products
- Strong UX research skills โ able to plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Excellent Figma skills, including component-based design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
- Strong facilitation skills: able to run workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sketch sessions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-direct in fast-moving environments
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills โ able to bridge gaps between design, business, and tech
