The Senior UX Designer will drive user-centered design for the MHK CareProminence product line, focusing on delivering simple, intuitive, and elegant experiences across our healthcare SaaS platforms. This role is critical to shaping how users interact with our products by leveraging research, design best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive user-centered design for MHK CareProminence product line.
  • Shape how users interact with products by leveraging research, design best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advocate for user-centric solutions.
  • Deliver accessible and inclusive digital experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer in agile software development environments.
  • Proven success designing elegant and functional UX for SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, problem-solving, and final UI designs for complex applications.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to influence design.
  • Highly proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.

  • Passion for delivering accessible and inclusive digital experiences
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Help with coverage across multiple time zones when necessary
  • Experience designing for healthcare or regulatory-driven industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflows and administrative user personas
  • Strong visual design sensibility and systems thinking
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
