Senior UX Designer (Consumer) (m/f/d)

As a Senior UX Designer, you will optimize user interaction and overall experience with services across all touchpoints. You will conduct research, create wireframes, design prototypes, and ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience that meets user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing information needed to produce and motivate a certain design
• Producing artefacts through research and analyzing insights - end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Validating designs for intended effectiveness and analyze feedback and metrics for continuous improvement
• Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners ensuring alignment with business initiatives
• Advocating and being a voice for our customers, promoting a strong design culture, and fostering a human-centric mindset
• Mentor junior designers and foster a user-centered design culture within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in consumer-facing products, with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions
• Experienced in end-to-end product design, ensuring alignment with goals and constraints
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best-practices
• Proficiency in usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterative design improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies

Key Skills
