The UX Designer will craft end-to-end colleague experiences for a new payment management system, collaborating with various project teams. They will balance business requirements with user needs and advocate for inclusive design practices.
Responsibilities
- Skilfully craft the end-to-end colleague experiences, bringing together a cohesive journey step by step
- Bring designs to life with a choice of prototyping software
- Balance business requirements with user needs
- Be adaptable to the technical constraints of different platforms
- Advocate customer inclusion
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills
- Comfortable using existing design systems
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research
- Familiarity working in a complex landscape, ideally financial services
- Strong ability to see designs through to delivery
- Ability to advocate customer inclusion and accessibility
