Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives and own and deliver large, complex projects from conception to completion
- Enhance the design system and improve UX tools and processes
- Improve product quality and proactively work on initiatives like testing and process enhancements
- Collaborate and influence peers across different teams and organizations to solve cross-functional problems
- Mentor and professionally develop team members at lower job levels
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX design in enterprise products
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Exceptional ability to translate complex requirements, user needs, and research insights into clear, intuitive designs
- Proven success navigating complex enterprise environments and leading outcome-driven design initiatives
