Design end-to-end user experiences for complex tax workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions. Validate design decisions through user feedback and ensure smooth implementation with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on UX design of Dividends product features and improvements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design clear, user-friendly multi-step workflows for tax relief processes
- Create usable interfaces for data-heavy forms, file uploads, and financial calculations
- Work with sales, support, operations, and tax experts to gather and interpret user feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX, product management, or related digital product role
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think through complex user journeys
- Understanding of Figma or similar design tools
- Familiarity with front-end development constraints and design system principles
- Strong communication skills
