UX Designer, Associate, Wealth Management Platforms

The UX Designer will guide the team in crafting strategic design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives while integrating into the larger Wealth Management product ecosystem. They will also provide oversight in the discovery phase, lead collaborative workshops, and support the UX team culture.
Responsibilities
- Guide the team in crafting strategic design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
- Create opportunities for individual growth and provide constructive feedback
- Lead collaborative workshops to define the problem and educate with research and data
- Work closely with the UX Research team to define the research strategy
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in UX design
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates partnering with multiple departments on successful product releases
Key Skills
- Strong sense of design and current with the latest design methodologies
- Fluency in design thinking methodologies
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple departments
