The role involves partnering with product management and engineering to bring innovative features and applications to market while working cross-functionally to execute the product roadmap. The designer will also conduct user research, generate solutions, and validate design decisions through testing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management and engineering to bring industry-leading features and applications to market
- Conduct primary and secondary research to validate the problem statement
- Rapidly generate solutions that address business and user goals
- Leverage the design system to generate high-fidelity prototypes
- Validate design decisions through internal and external user testing
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX design
- Robust UX toolbox that can be applied situationally
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Understanding of agile methodologies and processes
