The UX Designer will lead the development and maintenance of Takeda's multi-brand design system, ensuring cohesive and user-centered digital health products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient, HCP, and employee workflows while overseeing the design system's governance and application.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage cohesive, scalable system-level web and app components, patterns, and documentation
- Deliver consistent and inclusive designs that enhance patient, HCP, and employee workflows
- Oversee the development, governance, and application of the design system
- Provide essential guidance and support to both internal and external teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building, contributing, and managing a design system at enterprise organizations
- Portfolio with case studies illustrating comparable work on design systems
- Mastery of Figma as a design tool
- Understanding of front-end development practices such as HTML, CSS, and React frameworks
