As a Senior Product Designer, you will run continuous product discovery to understand customer motivations and needs, and deliver visual yet functional design solutions. You will work across functions to elevate user interface and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Run Continuous Product Discovery to understand customers' motivations and needs
- Deliver visual yet functional design solutions
- Design at different levels of fidelity to articulate and simplify abstract complex business concepts
- Adopt our Design System in favor of coherence, consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility standards
- Work, align, and communicate across functions and departments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar senior product design roles
- Experience in SaaS business mechanics
- Proficiency in adopting and contributing to Design Systems—mastery with Figma
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile industry standards
