As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy across various platforms and mentor junior designers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and visually compelling user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the design system and style guide across all platforms
- Design and optimize UI/UX for web, mobile, and backend interfaces, ensuring functionality and visual harmony
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into compelling visual and interactive experiences
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design intent clearly
- Oversee the visual layout of digital and print collateral (e.g., posters, banners, flyers, ads, newsletters, and branded materials)
- Lead, mentor, and grow the internal design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, color, and visual assets
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to deliver impactful creative concepts and designs for campaigns and events
- Enhance and maintain existing websites by updating visual elements, optimizing user flow, and incorporating interactive features
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards and accessibility guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and brand projects
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
- Experience working closely with development teams and an understanding of front-end implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Strong project management and time-management skills
