Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer at Pollux will lead a complete UX methodology, propose user experience designs, and ensure good relations with business interlocutors, facilitating UX deliverables presentations and being a force for proposition.

Responsibilities

• Cadrage méthodologique: conducting a brief, defining and implementing a complete UX methodology, being able to justify it, estimate its duration, and identify key success factors.
• Design d’expérience utilisateur: proposing a user experience design that adds value to the user at any phase of the UX methodology and facilitating ideation workshops.
• Relation client: ensuring good relations with business interlocutors, demonstrating pedagogy in presenting UX deliverables, and being a force for proposition.

Requirements

• Habits in the Parisian region
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• At least one successful experience as a Senior UX Designer
• Mastery of a specific UX expertise (e.g., atomic research, data analysis, design thinking, service design, UX writing...)
• Autonomy and productivity
• Empathy and benevolence
• Teamwork spirit, willingness to learn and share constantly
• Good mood and ability to express oneself freely
