UX Designer confirmé

The UX Designer at Pollux will accompany internal and external clients in building and redesigning their services, collaborating on all UX process steps with project managers, UI designers, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Cadrage méthodologique: conducting a brief, defining and implementing a complete UX methodology, being able to justify it, estimate its duration, and identify key success factors.
• La recherche utilisateurs: accompanying user understanding throughout the project: field research, UX watch, immersions, interviews, and user tests.
• Conception: creating or optimizing user journeys and defining the functional scope of the service in co-construction with business experts/client.
• Production: designing and realizing all UX deliverables (wireframes, interfaces, mockups, prototypes...) in collaboration with UI.
• Relation client: ensuring good relations with business interlocutors, demonstrating pedagogy in presenting UX deliverables, and being a force for proposition.

Requirements

• Habits in the Parisian region
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer
• Mastery of UX/UI design methodologies (atomic research, data analysis, design thinking, service design, UX writing, design system...)
• Proactive in developing activities by being in close contact with stakeholders
• Empathy and benevolence
• Leadership: ability to motivate and guide a team, delegate effectively, and resolve conflicts
• Organization and rigor
• Excellent communication: clarity in conveying ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders
