UX Designer

TCWGlobal seeks an experienced UX Designer to lead design initiatives across diverse product portfolios, focusing on user-centered solutions and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead autonomous design projects from concept through delivery, including user research, ideation, and testing.
• Develop comprehensive design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors for complex workflows.
• Create and optimize information architecture that balances usability with technical constraints.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to define requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Facilitate design ideation sessions and drive creative problem-solving initiatives.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Research and implement emerging design trends and technologies, including AI enhancements for user experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Advanced proficiency in user interface design processes and methodologies.
• Strong ability to align design solutions with business objectives and user needs.
• Experience utilizing metrics, optimization techniques, and research to inform design decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various development stages.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping platforms.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
