Senior Product Designer, Trip Marketing (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation features across user touchpoints. You will partner with engineers, user researchers, and product managers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
- Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
- Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
- Think and write about your process and detailing your decisions
- Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features
- Be a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
- Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
- Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights
- Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery
- Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
- Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design
